    Default vodafone balance deduction without usage

    Vodafone no. - 9582127042
    Dated 16.01.2012 time around 9 p.m. my vodafone balance was Rs. 191/-...After few mins it got reduced to Rs. 2/-...
    I called customer care regarding this. Reply was that I downloaded some java games from my mobile which I haven't done actually.
    They also told me that I have sent an MMS somewhere.(Details of which they didn't provided)
    Today i.e. 17th Jan, I recharged my balance with Rs.100/- and again after few minutes Rs. 50/- got deducted.
    I was not even using the vodafone services that time.

    Till now I have not got any satisfactory answer from their side.

    Default no satisfactory reply from your side

    After talking to vodafone customer care executive, now i think that i should leave your network as soon as possible as they are continuously telling me the same reply again and again that 'we are sorry for your inconvenience ' etc etc...

    I have been using vodafone internet services since long and this kind of problem has not been acknowledged previously.

    I have not downloaded any games from my handset and my handset remains in one hand only.

    Its a flaw due to which my balance has been deducted. So I think its good for me to switch the network along with 3 others in my family as I am not happy with the services..

    Thanks vodafone for your no-help-from-your-side attitude.
