    Angry Tata indicom cheated me by his fraud plan

    Respected sir, i am abhishek sonkar from meerut.I am using tata indicom cdma connection 9258662318.An employe of tata indicom Mr. Gautan (personal mob no-9720939450) called me by a service no- 0140170202 on 10|dec|2011. Nd tell me a postpaid plan 199. Nd commited that in that plan they offer me tata to tata local calls free for 3months nd 400 local mins for other operators. But when i m recieving my first bill it was 396rupees but according to my plan it was only 220rs including service tax... In that bill they didn't give me tata to tata free local calls nd said that there's no plan exist like that... Nd i talk about my problem to the customer care then they told me that it was not company's fault nd didn't take any appropriate action on my complaint 291587885,292953113...so please take further action on my complaint as soon as possible nd give me tata to tata free calls as it's employe told me... Thank you!

    u adjusted my bill bt not giving me the service's as ur employe commited to me. There's no relief in tata to tata calls nd u unable to give me the appropriate resolution of my problem...my prb is not adjusting my bill my problem is provide me the service's as ur employe commited to me... Im using my ph acc to the plan as per ur employe say now my bill exceed's the credit limit nd now service's are blocked....so kindly restart my service nd give me the benefit of my plan...nd make my genuine bill so i can surely pay my bill...

There's no relief in tata to tata calls nd u unable to give me the appropriate resolution of my problem my resolution time is extended afetr a period of given time...my problem is not adjusting my bill my problem is provide me the service's as ur employe commited to me... Im using my phone acc to the plan as per ur employe say now my bill exceed's the credit limit nd now service's are blocked....so kindly restart my service nd give me the benefit of my plan...nd make my genuine bill so i can surely pay my bill...if ur company is unable to give the service so why are u cheat ur customer to providing the information about ur fraud plans...

    U are unable to give me the service's so why are u given fake information about thid plan....why are u give me this plan nd ur employe told me about ur plan nd my prepaid no is converted in postpaid to achieve the benefits of this plan...speacially for this plan i convert my no into postpaid...when u not giving me the service's then why u give the information about the plan....nd why u block my service's...its not my mistake its ur employe's mistake who giving me wrong information about plan...if the 199 plan is stopped in u.p(west) then why u give me wrong info about the plan nd if the plan is given to me then u have to give the service's acc to that plan or otherwise nd ur employe who told me about that plan is still commited that in that plan tata to tata calls are free....he told me that its not ur fault it company's fault... Now tell me wat can i do ur employe still agreed on its commitment....
    So pls sir if ur company's is unable to provide the service's then why are u give the plan's...its nthng just ditching ur customers from ur fake plans....

    Ur employe tell me about the plan on 11dec nd i'll take this plan on13dec. When ur plan is not applicable in u.p west then why ur employe told me about that plan...
    Or after i take this plan u stop the service's in u.p west...why ur employe commited to provide the service's of this plan...nd u stop ur plan in upwest within 2 days...

    subject- fraud billing by tata indicom....
    In my plan of 199 there's free tata to tata local calls nd 400 local minutes for other nd my plan is activated on 13dec but the service on tata to tata free local call provided me on 17jan so why i 'll pay for that because my plan is activated on 13dec so the service's should be activated on dat day..so correct ur bill's and create it according to my plan which is activated on 13dec....

    subject- fraud billing by tata indicom....
    In my plan of 199 there's free tata to tata local calls nd 400 local minutes for other nd my plan is activated on 13dec but the service on tata to tata free local call provided me on 17jan so why i 'll pay for that because my plan is activated on 13dec so the service's should be activated on dat day..so correct ur bill's and create it according to my plan which is activated on 13dec....
