    Angry Complaint against freecharge.in

    Myself Aatur Harsh,
    my complaint is on 27th December i attempted to recharge my prepaid airtel mobile connection. So i created my account on 27th December i recharged my mobile of Rs. 333 from freecharge.in when i am attempting to recharge my mobile i got a failure notice from my State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur Bank. In that mail it was clearly defined that recharge was failed. But when i check my account my balance was debited from my bank account. I opened Freecharge.in customer support page. I saw their is a issue highlighted on their web page. Issue was:

    Recharge failed but refund amount not
    received
    • Refund is automatically initiated from
    our systems on the same day.
    • Refund will reflect in your account
    within 5-7 working days, depending
    upon the time taken by the bank to
    process it.

    On 5th January i mailed them but i didn't get any response from their side. Then when i got exhausted i again mailed them with some threatening lines which are as:

    After 5 days i didn't get any response from your side. Now i am giving you last 3 days (6 Jan - 8 Jan) to reply and refund me otherwise i'll will go to consumer court. "LAST ULTIMATUM"

    then they immediately respond me. Till that day the are continuously linger on. Now i am fed up from them and want to go to consumer court. But i don't know how i proceed because i don't know the procedure. Please Guide me or Help me.

    I recharged on 22/3/2012 on my reliance mobile and amount was 50. The amount was deducted but did not recieve any balance. nor I recieved any Order Id number.....can u please suggest why?

    SIR,
    I made a recharge of my BSNL number but there is a failure in recharge and i got a reference ID IGA2853415 from state bank of india and my mobile number is 9923123294..so please verify my request

    myself gitanjali borah. i attempt to recharge my airtel mobile with Rs. 50 from freecharge.in. but i got a failure notice from state bank of india. in that mail it was clearly mentioned that recharge was failed but balance was deducted from my sbi account

    Dear sir/mam,
    yesterday I have done recharge through your website on my no 9178449763 of Rs.110 through my credit card.The ammount was deducted from my account ,but recharge was not succesful.kindly look in to the matter & kindly reimburse my ammount.

    panjab national bank is not showing in the option but previously was there what the problem , please reply immediately
