    I just got my mobile recharge of 200 rs in which i should get 200 rs but i got 175 rs only.kindly look into the matter and credit the amount as soon as possible

    Default Amount deducted but no recharge

    I did 3 transactions yesterday on Freecharge. My Mobile number is (+91-8970828401)

    1. 222 - Amount deducted and no recharge - Order Id: 16084700 - I got a mail saying that they will refund in 2 Business days (NOT REFUNDED YET)

    2. 222 - Recharge done

    3. 98 - Amount deducted and no recharge - i did not receive any order id or any mail saying that this transaction is failed !! - I NEED TO KNOW WHY!! & when will i get the REFUND!!

    Post Recharge failed but refund amount not

    I recharged on 22/6/2012 on my vodafone mobile no. 9646524927 and amount was Rs. 100/-from freecharge.in when i am attempting to recharge my mobile i got a failure notice from my HDFC bank.In that mail it was clearly defined that recharge was failed. But when i check my account my balance was debited from my bank account.The amount was deducted on my account but did not recieve any balance. nor I recieved any Order Id number.....but i have recived Ref no. 622121514 & Narration - CCA12FKLI963. so please refund me my amount as soon as posible.

    Default recharge failed and money not refunded

    RESPECTED SIR,
    I am K.Narayana Rao,i made a recharge of BSNL 200 to mobile number 9890609098 on dated 13/06/2012...but the recharge is failed but the amount is deducted from my SBI A/C NO 31387985463.So please check the the details and please refund my money

    i tried to recharge my idea mobile (7890742098) wth a sum of rs 110 twice but both the times the same amount was deducted from my account but i received no recharge on my cell.this ws on 28.6.2012 pos000000000001578 at ccavenuestxn#201217217076

    i have recharge my number (9250152067) date_04/07/2012, ID_16552032 from site freecharge.in and get message, your recharge is successful but till now i hv don't get recharge value.

    Unhappy Freecharge -Mobile Recharge refund not initiated by the company

    I recharged my mobile phone number: 9176485313 on June 17th 2012 using Freecharge website for an amount of Rs. 222 with processing charges of Rs. 10. So,a total amount of Rs.232 has been deducted from my Indian bank account number 845860465. however recharge failed since vodafone does not have recharge option of Rs.222. Hence Freecharge website replied back with an email stating the amount will be credited on 21st june but the same has not been credited till now. After sending repeated mails there was no response from their side. Further when we try registering complaint in Freecharge it says the order id 15923958 is invalid. Do refund my amount as early as possible.

    Default complain from bhavnit kaur against freecharge.in

    I have recharge mobile number 9415024766 on 28-07-2012 for two times.
    First without coupon with recharge amount Rs.50 and second with coupon with recharge amount Rs.50
    both the times mobile not recharged,even payment is successfully done.

    Default Complain against to change in special recharge Rs. 44 against to message from tata docomo

    I have recharged my mobile phone number: 917417036040 on 24th July 2012 by flaxy recharge for an amount of Rs. 44 as special recharge for got 7500 local mobile Sec for 30 days. (As received message from docomo service on daily based till now) . However recharge is made/transfer in to 125 local minutes for only 7 days validity.

    This mistake is repeated twice science last month when i recharged 44 on the same manner. I was trying to talk to customer care from last week but there was no response from their side when we try registering complaint for the matter. Do refund my amount as early as possible as i am to contentiously sued the service of docom.
