It surely comes as a shock when you have gt a balance of more then 100Rs. and then its goes Phewww Just like that and rolls down to Rs 43/............Idea services were never this bad,,It has been a second shocker fr me(HAD HAPPENED ONCE MORE TOO)..Thats Y I had to gt into this complaint forum!

I called up Customer Care,,bt they are neither ready to refund nor are they ready to write down any complain!!!!!!

What do we call this attitude!! Is Idea getting into reverse or what!!!!

The kind of I AM SORRY ((CANT DO ANYTHING))ATTITUDE Idea representatives have is not very motivating!!!


I (TOO) am veryy sorry for using harsh words but Its getting as very bad experience using IDEA SERVICES!!!!!
