On 26.12.11 we approached one of the shop at jeypore,Dist-koraput(odhisa)
For recharge of Rs 599/-
Since then there was no response.
Being emergency we recharged Rs 27/- to meet our emergency.
On 28.12.11we recharge thro’ net.
Meanwhile shop keeper informed that mobile has been recharged.
But we have not receied any any message.
Inthis way we have paid twice the amount.
Through this letter I request your good self to kindly refund one of the payment
Orelse make necessary arrangement so that this amount may be used next month.
we wrote to recharge nodal officer. His reply is also pasted
