Dear Sir /Madam,

Kindly clarify my bill usage.

My data counter widget shows my usage of last month 2000.29 MB

Then how do you charge me additional 711.00 rs.

I will not pay my bill until I get satisfactory clarification from Vodafone site.

Its look like your unfair business practices.

I face below problem after ported from BSNL to Vodafone in last 4 months.

1. Initially when I ported my no., bsnl easily completed their procedure & handed over to Vodafone, in spite of I got my no. started 2.5 days late , when it should be started in no time.
2. Even when I applied in written that to start 2G internet services from oct-11 onwards , Vodafone started it from 28 sep-11 without informing me, and charged that amount in same month bill.
3. Even more in this month I am being charged unfair 711.00 RS of additional internet usage.

I am extremely sad to approach you frequently.
