Dear sir
i am idea subscriber from kerala for the last 3 -4 months. And i am using their postpaid connection. When i took the connection my plan was hero 499 where there is 1gb internet usage was free . after two months i changed my handset to a blackberry and took blackberry unlimited plan of Rs 599 per month. after one month i came back to hero499 plan with an android handset. i was told that within 4 hours the planchange would occur. when i got the next bill, GPRS bill only was around 2000 which they sayoccured during the plan change. I told then in the beginning itself that i need continuous gprs to avail my official mails while on the go. immediately after seeing the bill, i complained about it to Mr Nishad who is in charge of idea postpaid customers in our area as told by miracle communications kanjikuzhy kottayam. Mr Nishad told me that he will try for a waiver of the GPRS bill and respond within two days. But even after about two weeks i didnt get any reply. And these fellows reject my call whenever i call them. Tomorrow being my due date , my outgoing will be barred if i didnt make the huge payment . I doubt this as their trick to make me the payment. So kindly jelp me to avoid the unnecessary looting if idea and i would like to prt out to some descent operators.
Please give some urgency to my request
