I am using vodafone connection from past 9 years.
But i changed the number in March 2010, from then i am having the billing issue.

Issue is with regards to International SMS charged.
Every month some amount (Example: 20, 50, 65, 75) is charged under the head SMS International.

Since April 2010, latest till December 2011 bill, in every bill SMS International is charged, I have not sent the SMS to that number.
The number for which it is charged is a Local BSNL & Airtel number.
If you look into the Itemized bill, you can see that 001 is prefixed to this numbers and they have charged Rs.5 for this each message.

If i call customer care, they will ask me to check in the mobile, if i have saved the number with 001 as a prefix.
From April 2010, every month once the bill get generated i need to call customer care, explain them the issue and then ask them to revert the amount charged.
Still the issue is not rectified.

I have a service registration number - 1335418462 for the Dec 2010 bill issue.
Each time i call customer care, explain the issue and they will register the complaint and say some one will contact you regarding the same .... but no one has turned up on this issue till now.
