Sir,On 2-01-2012,suddenly my balance got reduced and automatically a caller tune of the person whom i called got activated.I asked the customer care person immediately.they told that the details are not updated then and asked me to call after an hour.after that i called today morning and asked to de-activate and return my 42rs back(30rs for monthll subcription+12rs for song selection),they reacted in a irresponsible and rude way saying that its my mistake and i requested for activation of caller tune.please solve this and return my money back and see that they donot repeat this.
