    Angry Amount deducted but no recharge

    Today with my gujarat Idea no.7698466785 i have recharge with 500/- from ideacellular site with confirmation no.MUTI2665511690

    Amount was deducted from my bank account but still not got any recharge value in my number...

    Idea Customer care doesn't know what is this confirmation no.

    and not able to give setisfactory answers.....also they are giving proper answer to where i can get my refund or recharge,on customer care call is connecting and disconneting and my balance is also dedecting please help

    finally got a positive reply from customer care through mail,in 7 working days money will be refunded
