    Angry Vodafone Gprs Complaint

    Dear sir/mam,
    I am customer of your reputed company vodafone.
    My number is +919991590117.
    I have activated rs 27 data plan on my phone.After 15 minutes i got message that my plan is activated.
    I rechecked it by dialing *111# then pressing 2 then 6 then 1.This took me to activate data plan uusd.
    It was showing me that 300mb plan is activated.
    I started browsing and rechecked my balance everything was correct.
    Then after 10minutes i again started browsing and after some time my browsing was stopped.
    I checked my balance.It was showing 0 paisa.
    I called customer care executive and told everything about it he said i am transferring your call to senior executive.
    I was waiting continuously for 45 minutes during transfer then i disconnected.
    My initial balance was :- 188
    After 27 gprs pack :- 161
    After some time :- 0
    I am really disappointed that customer care told me there is no data plan activated on your phone.
    I am having confirmation message also in my phone saying that my plan is activated.
    If my problem is not solved i will tell it to trai and file complaint against vodafone.

    Angry vodafone 3g not working after porting number

    please tell me the way to activate my VMC ( vodafone mobile connect) settings i just ported my number to vodafone my vodafone live is working on browser only ans nothing else is working on my android phone like android market, gps etc bcs vmc services or may be because some services are not bieng activatesd on my number even vstore on moblie after browsing says it can not trace my number ,, please check on it. and give me the number whom i shld connect. Even vodafone store could not solve my problem.

    Angry Internet doesn't work

    I have been using Vodafone -prepaid since last two years. I need Internet on my cellphone 24 X 7. I have activated Rs95 for 1 GB Data pack. But half of the time the internet is not working, the complaint number 198 also doesn't work, the only response that I receive is that they don't have any information related to this. the solution provided by the customer care (111) is that "Madam, please switch off your phone and switch it on, or otherwise take the sim out and insert it again." If there is enough network to make the calls then why cant the internet work. I have to switch ma phone off and on at least 20 times in a day. I have made up ma mind to go for number portability.

    Its very irritating!
