    Default Refund of security money by RELIANCE CDMA

    Hi!
    I used MNP and switched my number from Reliance CDMA to Airtel. When I took the connection the Relicance took Rs.1250/- as a security money for the connection and they promised that I will get my security back with 90 days any time if I surrender or change my connection. it's been more then 8 months and I have not received it and reliance people are just giving me a lollypop that I will get it soon. What to do. My mbile number is 934192007. Highly frustrated. Is Reliance Infocomm doing a Scam or Theft???? I will go to the consumer court officially and file a case against them of misleading the consumer and torturing the costumer.
