    Default increased my credit limit without informing

    i yash jain using airtel no 9903030714 received a bill of rs10480 being credit limit of rs 1200. i spoke to the head authorities of airtel but thy told me that thy send me msg of increment of my credit limit, but i dindt receive any msg.but later thy gave me waiver of rs 5000.but my credit limit being rs 1200 how my bill can b of rs 10480 and 5486(after waiver) i cudnt understand.i spoke to the s.chatterjee of airtel ,he told me that he could not hepl me , and i hav to pay the amount AND if i dindnt thy will take legal action against me.
