Unrealistic charges in Airtel postpaid bill

    Default Unrealistic charges in Airtel postpaid bill

    Hi,
    I am using Airtel postpaid connection for tha last two year.
    In my last bill (23rd Nov to 22nd Dec) Airtel has charged 13000 Rs for internet uses which is unrealistic.
    In the bill it is showing I have consumed within 30 min I have used 468894 kbyte and for this instant they have charged 4688 Rs. In 2G connection how it is possible.

    I am not getting proper reply from the customer care center.
    My mob no is 9663761857 and relationship no is 1019624596.

    Hi Rakesh,
    Nothing has been resolved. Whenever I am calling Airtel they are telling the bill is correct. I am asking for the links where I have visited and the data that I have downloaded or uploaded which Airtel is not providing and now they have disconnected my outgoing connection. I think there is no use of puting any complain over here...

    Hi,
    I am using Airtel Postpaid connection from last more than7 years.
    In my previous bills Airtel billed me unrealistic charges of internet:-

    Bill of month 20oct-19nov , Bill no:- 615440584, Total Internet Charges:- 16851.00
    Unrealistic Charges:-
    Date:-10-Nov-2011 2093.10 and 2097.60
    Date:- 17-Nov-2011 723.60 , 1203.60 and 1754.10

    Bill of month 20 NOv- 19 Dec, Bill no:-640771350, Total Internet Charges:- 20580.60
    Unrealistic Charges:-
    Date:- 20-Nov-2011 4123.20
    Date:-21-Nov-2011 5523.90
    Date:- 24-Nov-2011 6497.70
    Date:-26-Nov-2011 1320.30
    Date:- 28-Nov-2011 1486.20

    Is it possible to use this much internet with the maximum speed of 64kbps in few hours or mins.?
    I tried many time to contact to customer care via 121 and i personally also visited to airtel outlet(Ratlam Kothi, Indore) and Head Office(Metor Tower, Vijay Nagar , Indore) But i didnt got any satisfactory reply. Now Airtel has discontinued my number and sending Recovery Agents to my home, who peoples are harassing me.
    My Airtel Number is: 9893551510 and my relationship number is: 106-100333840
    Please help me i want my number back, and i am ready to pay the actual amount (after discounting this unrealistic Internet Charges)
