Myself jay kardani (mob no 7814740432) i am regular user of reliance unlimited std pack with Rp.599 recharge. last i did recharge on 08-12-2011 which shoul last till 8-01-2011, insted of that today i saw deduction in my balance with call although i am having unlimited R-R plan. then i checked their website they are showing change in terriff plans but not showing with effective date and also not information to any regular customers. that is cheating and i want to lodge complaint against them. please help me. they can message and call you eventhough you activated DND service but they cant even msg you for change of plan that is biggest cheat.
