I was using a Vodafone number 9899748401 since the last 3 and half years. Vadafone kept on increasing my credit limit from 1000 in the start to 9000 when i decided to give it up.
I had my blackberry services on for Rs. 599/- per month which provided me unlimited access to blackberry messenger and my emails.
However, I was shocked to see the bill i received in October. They had charged me Rs. 10600/- for blackberry services. I went to Vodafone store in Noida where I was told by Jyotsna, an employee, that it was an error and they would get the wrongly billed amount reversed. I have been receiving innumberable calls, messages, and emails from vodafone harassing me and asking me to pay the bill. The bill has not been corrected and they have started calling me on my alternate number.
I want this to stop. Please advice how can I send a legal notice to Vodafone and get justice for the harassment I have faced.

The network does not stay in my phone for 9884297718 , initially I thought this must be problem with my handset but in other handsets also it is same and later I realised that it is an issue with vodafone. I raised complaint more than thrice but they provided option for changing prepaid to postpaid and sent me msg that issues resolved.... I'm using 9884297718 since 5 years and being loyal customer I can expect a basic service is it? Buy that is also not provided..... I have missed so many cals cos of no network in my mobile.... I need search for it in my home or in office...... Customer satisfaction is providing basic needs but when Vodafone can't satisfy their customers and delighting is something very far..... If necessary action is taken then it will be really helpful for all those who use Vodafone
