I received a message from Idea that you will receive full talk-time on recharge of Rs.55. On doing the recharge,I received a confirmatory message.But the amount was not updated in my account. When I contacted customer care department,they said that since you had made a recharge of Rs.55 sometime back, you will not get any benefit of this recharge since this recharge is for one-time use only. Nowhere was this informed to me that this would be the case. And even if they cannot provide me full talk time, at least they must provide me some talk-time for Rs.55 which I have spent or refund me the amount. But they are not willing to give me either and also not taking any complaint in this regard.
