    Default balance deduction & service activation by reliance

    Honorable Consumer court,

    My Name is Abhinav and my mobile number is 8287995662.
    earlier reliance has deducted Rs 60 from my account.
    today they activated one VAS pack automatically and deducted Rs 30 from my account.
    this was happened so many times.And when I tried to contact Customer Care it never got connected.
    Please ensure that Reliance customer care will work properly and they should return my balance back.
