Hi,

I have been charged for what i have not utilized.
on 5th of sept. 2011 i got a call, telling me that i have dialed a number for which i will be billed to Rs. 100 per min.
I got shocked, same time i call the Vodafone care there they told me that they can’t do anything until the bill got generated for the period of the same, And when my bill comes it’s with Rs. 1400 for the ISD call and totaling to Rs. 1700+.
I went to Vodafone store they said that they can’t do anything with that i have to pay the same.

i mailed them a lot after lots of mails they are saying that its genuine call charges coming in my account which i have to pay. Now my bill is going to be 3 months pending which will go to Rs . 2500+.
all my phone services are now disconnected.

I will not pay the same as did not utilize that amount.

Kindly do something I don’t have that much salary to pay that much phone bills.
