This is with regards to my mobile number 9989997330 and the complaint number 40712575. The issue is with the billing discrepancy with GPRS plan. I have activated Rs.98 GPRS plan and previous month I have purchased Nokia X3-02 mobile. As per the discussion I had with one of your representatives, I came to know that there is a 3G GPRS plan offer on this handset. I was shocked to see my previous month’s bill and realized after speaking to your representative that the GPRS plan has been automatically changed without my notice through bulk SMS upload. How can you change the existing plans on the account without customer’s notice/approval? I have been speaking with your representatives from past so many days in resolving this issue but no one has really helped with this. You should have atleast informed me before changing the plan and I think you need customer’s approval before changing any plan which didn’t happened in my case. I request you to resolve this asap. If this continues I will not have any other option other than assisting consumer court. Appreciate your quick reply.
