I am Joe Manuel bearing the Postpaid Mobile number 9600088899,Account No:908111770 and the service Provider is Tata Docomo.Recently i moved from Postpaid to Prepaid with Tata Docomo for the same above number after clearing all the outstanding dues. Then one day a lady from Tata Docomo called me and said there is an outstanding due of RS:752/- and i asked her to send the e-bill and i received it .I viewed it and it was fine.She sent me an Tata teleservice Executive called Nixon came to my office and collected the the cheque of Rs752/-Chq NO:648173(HDFC BANK) the next day.I paid an amount of rs752 through HDFC cheque on Novemebr 10,2011 and received te receipt(Receipt No:550282) from the executive with his signature.On 21November,2011 i am receiving a letter from Consumer court to come in person (Lok ADALAT) Letter for this outstanding amount of RS752/-sent by Tata Teleservices.This above amount is already paid and it got cleared from account also.I don't know why Tata Teleservices has sent me this letter to me. .I have now decided not to deal with any Tata Products because of such behaviorism.I want to take action on this issue i faced.
