Hi Team,
I have raised the Airtel landline (080-41620692) complain (7192454) regarding my bill plan many times, as I was on Zero rental plan with call rates 0.75 Ps\1 Min however without informing me My bill plan was changed to 750 Rs Rental\Month with high call charges from 5th-Jul till 4th-Aug and from 5th-Aug till 4th-Sept and I got the bill of 5400 Rs for both the months. I spoke with many Customer care Agents, Manager, Nodel Office Manager, Escalation Managers since 11 August and called many times and later I got the Legal notice from Advocate asking to pay the bill however it was the Airtel mistake and I have never got the proper response from Airtel even after committing many time by managers that they will get back to me within 2hrs\4hrs\8hrs\24hrs\48hrs however they never full fill there commitment.
Being so Loyal customer from many years I got this from Ariel. I have requested them to send me the correct bill and I am ready pay the same. I was keeping telling them to give me the correct bill as per my pervious rental & call rates however no proper response.
I am very pissed off with airtel so please help me to resolve this; I will be very thankful & great full to you.
