Airtel Postpaid bill

    Default Paid the bill but still it shows unpaid

    Hi ,
    I paid the bill in ATM kind of kisok. My bill amount was 2800 and I had paid 3000.
    The bill didnt reflect for some time. I called Airtel call center so many times everytime I got the reply that it will be reflected within 24 hours , some times 3 days but it never got reflected. Prior to this my bill record is clear.
    While paying money in kisok , I got the receipt, that receipt paper is as usual fax paper so ink evaporates after 15 days.
    After few days they started billing me for previous bill + new bill. and after 2 moths they started threatening me for paying the bills I replied that I will pay remainings (without penalty) after adjusting 3000. They never got back to me.
    After some time they started calling my friends to try to get my number.
    Its more than 2 years they are calling my friends. It has become mental tourture for me and for my friends.
    Even though I am not at fault I need to hide my self?

    I am not sure what to do?
    Please guide.

    I am very upset because of what airtel company has did to me.they did nt provide us with the info. That if we stop the internet in one day it is chargeable at 30 p for 20 kb and now the airtel company is demanding 4416 rs from us.this is really not justified.i want justice.

    Angry airtel out let and call center is getting worest day by day......

    Hi,

    i have three airtel number 9650432999, 9650430999, 9818710018

    last two number i want to make them on hold for 90 days, i went to your nearest Airtel office sec 61 noida shopprix, they people gave me form, fill it and gave to them. After 60 days i came to know that bills are getting diliver on my address, i called CC person they people raise the request for cancle the two numbers......

    this i cam to know from call from airtel.

    i am unable to find the solution,
