    Default offer activated without consent and balance deducted from airtel prepaid mobile

    Dear sir,
    im using your airtel prepaid since last 2 year but didn't get this much trouble. on 7th aug 2012 i went through ur cc no 121 ,there i have listened offer of the day ,after that i was asked for subcription n asked for press 1 n repeat it again for confirmation. after that i have been charged rs 10 n i got message like 1500 local+std sec for 1 dy .my question is that without telling the details of the offer how they activate it n deduct 10 rs from my account.i need it justification .plz help me out regarding this issue .....MY airtel prepaid mob no.9932911790

    Hi, Myself Deepak Kumar, my mobile number is 9958377318. Today (13-aug-2012), I subscribed your 2G internet plan for Rs. 9 early in the morning, in which you are providing me (120 min) for internet use. But when i started using internet, my main balance (Rs. 21) have been deducted from my account, whereas, i had already subscribed (120 min) for internet use. When i called your customer care for the same, she mislead me and told me that i did not subscribe any plan. After some time, she told me that this plan for 3G internet, however, it was clearly mentioned in your SMS that it for 2G internet plan. Either she don't have proper information or she are making their customer fool. And at the end, she cut my phone.

    Also, later on the same day, when i used this internet plan (120 minutes). When I used it for only 50-60 minutes, I found that again Rs. 10 have been deducted from my balance. Whereas, it is for 120 minutes plan. Can you tell me why this happened? Are you cheating you customer by providing wrong information in every stage. Very bad experience i faced with your network and customer care.

    Please try to resolve this problem soon and i will appriciate if you refund me my blance (21+10).

    Default About the change of network

    My airtel prepaid no. is 9876941059.I was not satisfied with the airtel service so i applied for the change of network of my Airtel no. to Idea network.I have paid to the retailer about 2 months before for changing the service with full documents and then i recieved the reasoning call of customer care but the network is not changed.

    In this no.7204925258 i have Rs 97 value vauchure.Everyday first call more balance deducted from my accout.previously i had given a complain regarding more balance deduction.i have no time to check balance every time after call.From activation this problem happening.from last 7 day i tried to talk with your customer care serieve but call was not connected. why customer care was not connected in this no. from last 7 day ??

    pls kindly solve my problem as early as possible and return my extra amount calculating from my activation date.Also
    active don't disturb service in this no.

    respected sir/mam,
    I am using airtel prepaid no 9096100392,I have complaint against airtel,I have activated
    3G plan of Rs.252 with 1month validity on 18th augst but m not getting 3G service yet.I have call airtel customer care hundreds of time since then have visited airtel service centre twice but my problem is not solved by anyone...my balance of 252 was deducted within a seconds and m still waiting for 3G service of airtel.kindly do something.please, calling customer care is like harrasment for me now

    Default Regarding validity of my sim card.

    Hello,

    I am Dr Rupesh C Jagtap resident of Pune(warje) and I am user of Airtel prepaid connection(old friends card) having number 9975685214.
    Today my validity date is going to end so to extend it i need to recharge but today customer care executes are not available. I just want to
    know how much rupees recharge i should do.
    Please do the needfull and reply me ASAP.
