I am working in hcl comnet and i took a vodafone action with corporate plan activated.My vodafone no. is 8860003478.I bought a samsung galaxy s2 with that i got 3G service of 2GB free.As i was using it I realized that my unbilled usage is going up alarmingly.
I called up customer care and then they told me that no need to worry it would be discounted when my bill is generated.My credit limit is Rs 800.They confirmed that my bill would not exceed my credit limit i.e. Rs 800.I had called up vodafone customer care atleast 3-4 times to confirm and each time they gave the same information.Now at the end of the month i have got a bill of Rs 5000.Now they say that internet usage doesnt hit on the credit limit.Is this the way vodafone works,by fooling customer into doing things and then changing their policy after the bill has exceeded.
Theres no way I am going to pay the bill with extra 3G charges of approx Rs4000.I had forwarded a similar mail to nodal.delhi@vodafone.com and they had promised me that they will reply to the mail after their investigations.Unfortunately i haven't received any mail yet and now my connection has been disconnected.This has caused a lot of inconvenience to me and i request you to sort this issue on priority.I am looping in corporatecare.del@vodafone.com also.Since my incoming calls have been stopped ,you can contact me on 8285618407.
