I have a idea number +919914077550 . i am presen1tly staying at 201 pir Mushalla Bollywood heights Zirakpur.punjab .. despite that irrelavant roaming charges are being applied by idea company on my number .. i have paid those charges for 2 months but even after repatative compliants and requests the issue has not been resolved.. finally in 3rd month i did not pay the roaming charges as it was told by idea showroom staff that i should pay the bill without roaming charges and written complaints have been made in this respect But few days later my outgoining calls were being barred by the idea company on the grounds of non payment of roaming charges.. further on visiting the idea showroom outgoining was activated and idea people agreed to their mistake. 2 days later my number outgoing calls are again barred. this is causing a huge amount of inconvince and problems as i am a patient and i stay alone . its harrasment to me by the company as a situation of panic is created when my phone does not work and even incoming does not work due to roaming , my children who are staying far away abroad get worried and lot of panic is created. there is no solution to this problem and company cannot compensate me for the loss and harrasment that i have been facing .. every second day i have to beg idea people for activation even when i am not at fault. why such non sense and mental torture is being done to me.. is there any solution or justice or compensation available to me?//
