    Angry Airtel is not refunding my money.

    On 28-4-2011, I have changed transformed Postpaid connection to Prepaid connection.At that time balance that company was to refund was Rs. 237.77 .
    On 9-7-2011 , I filed complaint to Customer care representative (COMPLAINT ID- 38401973) and they promised that cheque will be posted to you before 19-8-2011.
    And on 28-4-2011 they promised to give cheque by 28-5-2011. Each time they give a new date .
    I have not yet received any cheque.
    When I dial 198(complaint service) they promise to transfer call to officer,but instead they disconnect it.
