We have a corporate plan number is 9923084774 & 9764997291 due to high usage & payment delay outing going is blocked.
We submitted the bill on 8th of NOV still outgoing is blocked by you.
While talking to couple of times of your executive they are saying call is activated but still it’s not works.
152460670 complain number provided didn’t know when its resolved.

It’s totally unacceptable I need my ph should works else we shift to other provider.

I am having ARP corporate connection 9990059116, which means I have already paid rent for two years in Advance, Then Also incomig service deactivated. Now the SIM is useless. I Approached several times to Idea customer care, Idea Complaint Cell (198), Idea Nodal Officer, Idea Appellate Authority, Idea Grievance Cell. I wrote sevaral mails to all of these and there is no response, absolutely no response. Perhaps all are sleeping. It seems that Idea has developed expertise in harrassing customer and promoting customer harassment in their work culture. There is useless escalation matrix. 198 simply refuses to log a complaint.

My number is very important and its more than a month since services not working. I am having facing severe discomfort and lot many problems an all due to idea.

Remember an Idea can change the life. Indeed idea has changed my life, I have nowhere to go in idea.

This is CHANDRA KUMAR RELANGI using IDEA prepaid services from last one year with bearing mobile no 9666105050. I am from Tanuku west godavari dist., Andhra Pradesh. Recently two months ago I have changed into postpaid connection, with submition of proofs and Identity.

Meanwhile I don't, where the problem occured my name is reflecting as CHANDRA SEKHAR. One month ago again I submitted a letter and proof in Kakinada location for the changes, but no use and similarly i had spoken to our customer services also. They had done their job but no use, in second month BILL also reflected as CHANDRA SEKHAR. I have facility to reimbuse the amount from my company, due to the error I am not getting reimbusement. In the same way Iam not getting any bills to my mail ID (chandrarelangi@gmail.com).

So, Kindly slove the problem atleast in the next bill and it is possible send NOVEMBER bill again with changes, if not i will change my services.

This is regarding your response on My issue of Harrassment on Mobile No : 9990059116

There is no use of such assurances. You people are simply cheating innocent guy like us. Till now Services on this mobile no have not been activated despite paying the complete balance outstanding amount as discussed between me and Mr Vikram Kalra (9911203277) and now I am fed up chasing you guys at all levels which includes your appellate authority.

Idea is just another cheap service provider who doesn't values its customers and also adopts substandard industry practices in harrassing its customers.

Hope Owner of Idea /MD/Director may take a look at it.

I have been requesting for a complete e-bill which includes call to call charges, from the month of October. I have called the Customer Care Helpline more than 25 times requesting on this for which they always tell it was not activated and we will activate by next day before 5PM. The mails they send again after the request will again not have any call to call details. I am fed up of this, i have been an IDEA customer for more than 6 years. Please give me a proper response, i again don't want to hear any server problems and other stuffs. I just want an ebill with complete call to call details, if you don't have such basic software to handle this, then send me a printed copy through courier having complete call to call details.

Hi,

I just happened to apply for a loan and as per the report, came to know that there is an outstanding for a no. 9881460614 for almost 28,000/- which I am very sure I never used that much of talktime - exceeds past the credit limit.
This was a number used long time back - probably 4/5 years back.
I had a job transfer to Mumbai, but I remember when I used to come down to Pune, had come to know about the outstanding Idea bill and there was a settlement of 3500/- and the cheque was home, only came to know off late after checking bank records, that amt was not encashed by idea.
I have no intentions of not clearing the same, the amount is exorbitant - 28000/- plus tried to get in touch with Idea office, they could not help me, please advice.
