    Default Airtel keeps overcharging

    To the Nodal Officer:


    We have been trying since Sept 9, 2011 to cancel the Internet Service only on our phone # 01244010776. This order was placed via Cancellation Request #: 3771080 with Mr Sharad Singh at 3:15 pm on Sept 9. If processed correctly, our bill would come down from Rs 2000 per month to Rs 349 per month.


    The service is not getting stopped and we keep getting additional bills for Rs 2000 each month. We are now being threatened with cancellation of phone service as well. Multiple calls and emails to Airtel documented below, have met with no response.


    We request you to kindly address this problem so we can avoid raising this as a fraud complaint in consumer court. Thank you,

    We made a request a long time ago as follows:

    Cancellation Request #: 3771080
    Spoke to Sharad Singh @ 3:15 pm, Sept 9

    This to cancel the Airtel Internet on the Corner line and reduce the phone line
    to Rs 349

    The net remaining bill should be only Rs 2000. However, it keeps getting added
    up and is now 4093. If you will correct the bill, i will pay it in full.
