I had paid Rs. 6999/- (for 12 months "YEARLY" advanced rental) towards BlackBerry Enterprise Plus Activation at Vodafone Dilsukhnagar branch. However this amount was adjusted towards the outstanding bill without mentioning the purpose of this payment and put an additional charge of Rs. 6999/-towards the same plan. Upon thoroughly checking the bills I found to my surprise that after May 2011 in every new bill cycle they charged me another additional BlackBerry (BB) Enterprise "MONTHLY" charges of Rs. 899/- on prorate basis. This I brought to their notice by registering complaint through their call center "111" several times and visiting their Dilsukhnagar branch personally. After a long stint they have adjusted/deducted these extra monthly charges in the latest bill generated but again in the same bill added an additional charge of Rs. 6999/- towards BB Enterprise yearly plan. Again this time patiently I've pointed out these errors to their call center executives and also by sending emails that I was charged 6999/- twice towards the yearly BB Enterprise and requested them remove these charges ASAP. Instead of removing this excess bill they disconnected my outgoing calls to landlines. If they adjust the excess amount charged to me then I need not pay anything to Vodafone for the next couple of months. All my requests are falling on deaf years.


I request you to help me in getting this issue resolved ASAP.
