    Default Auto activation of packages and deduction of balance by Bharti Airtel

    Dear sir, I am a user of Bharti Airtel Mobile service. I have been charged many times by Bharti Airtel for different sum of money from my mobile.account balance of 7896229718 in the name of activation of some sort of online services which I never opted for or even requested for. last week (1st week of Nov) I was charged for Rs. 30/- and Rs. 5/- in the name of activation of some service and the same was refunded back on my complaint to the customer care saying that the services were activated by mistake. Again I have been charged for Rs. 5/- on 06 of Nov a.d for Rs. 5/- on 07 of Nov in the name of renewal of some Big fat free store services on my number. When I called to complain the customer care for the same, the call was disconnected when I asked to talk to some senior supervisor. Again on calling an executive named Utpal attended my call and after listening to my complain when he was unable to handle the same, I again asked him to transfer my call to his senior supervisor but the call was disconnected from there end after keeping me on hold for 10 minutes and for which I was charged Rs. 2/-. I have opted for Do Not Disturb services on my number last month and but then also such services are being activated by Bharti Airtel every now and then and the balance is deducted for that without my permission which is a fraud and visualisation of my money. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and help me in getting my money back and guide Bharti Airtel to stop such frauds and misappropriation of customers money. As if the services were activated by me, the IP address should be there by which I logged on to the site for activation of any service.     airtel is the best stealer of money,airtel doesn't need to do 2g scam or accont's fraud like ramalingaraju because they can just steal money from their customers by deducting amount from mobile balance with some unknown automatically activating services(including service messages).They just play around with customer's patience even if he complains without taking action and repeating the same old automatic services activation's.

    The best stealer on the planet airtel,other network's if u follow this trick from airtel if can rule mobile network in no time.Follow suit beat airtel and let airtel be dumped as network provider..........

    Please refund my amount of 90,50,30,18,5,20 rupess deducted repeatedly from my account....
