Mobile balance not credited To whomsoever it may concern,
My mobile no. is 8976823924. I did online recharge on 28 Oct 2011. My bank account was debited that very evening but balance was not credited to my mobile. The operator is Tata Docomo. I tried calling them but they do not address my query. They asked me to email the complaint. I did so but they haven't got back to me. I'd like to file complaint for fraudulent service by Tata Docomo.
I request you to take this issue upto the concerned authoroties.

my mobile no is 9912679442.i am using idea .i did online recharge on 2nd nov 2011.my bank account was debited but balance was not credited to my mobile.even i got mesg from idea celluler i.e thanks for making money for online recharge by using idea celluler website ur credit will be added soon .but it didn't added.i called so many times to customercare but they doesn't respond.i have only my idea recharge code i.e 42890455.i lost my transaction id. pls help me
