I had made an online recharge through the Idea website on 1st October. Although Rs. 106 was deducted from my SBI account, the amount was not credited to my talk time. I have not been able to get the contact details of the nodal officer from the Idea website, and the Idea customer care has not been helpful. I request you to advise me on how to proceed in rectifying this matter.

Register your complaint with the customer care first and wait for their response and in case still face the same issue then revert us back with your full contact details so that we can guide you accordingly.

I m Nitin Kaushik From delhi. I have purchage a Idea Pre - paid No. My Idea No is 9891312310 which was online recharge of Rs. 100/- on 21 feb 2010. Bank Ref no. is IG17414377, Due to some reason it was not recharge but amt is deducted from my bank A/C.
I talked to your customer Care he told me just sent a mail regarding this your fund will revert back. I sent mail many times but result not found. After that i called Idea customer care he told me mail us again with ur bank statement. I have sent but no result.

Please help me?

Cell number -9552615926-This mobile has been registered for NDNC on 19th
jan.REF- 1-539708687.Even till date I am getting Unsolicited Commercial
Communnication (UCC) FROM IDEA itself.This was brought in notice of the
Idea customer care and the nodal in charge of the TRAI.
After 45 days I had send the complaint,but even after a week of sending
this complaint I am still getting the Unsolicited Commercial
Communnication (UCC) which is only from IDEA AND CAN BE STOPPED IN A
MINUTES NOTICE IF THE COMPANY REALLY WANTS TO.
sHOULD i GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM FOR THIS MATTER WHICH SEEMS PETTY BUT
HAS GIVEN ME A LOT OF Head Ache causing mental agony any disturbing peace
of mind.

I have recharged my prepaid card of Idea, but after 4-5 hours also my account not got recharged. I have received the message from IDEA about the successful recharge, but still i have not got balance on my account from Idea.

Idea number is 9990425121. the number was deactivated because of croosing of the credit limit. got a call from customer care on 3rd April 2010 and i mmediatly made the payment through the netbanking. then also my services was deactivated ... and i m daily talking on customer care but these ppl arealways saying that it will be activated soon.But till 6.04.2010 it is not activated...
Amount has been debited from my bank account on 3rd April 2010 ... my refrence number is MPNB0041816018 dated 03.04.2010 time 12:19:33....
