    tried to call again
    new error from customer IVR all reps are busy then call gets disconnected
    tried to contact several times same error
    What do I do now, unable to receive call, I have no account balance so do not know whether outgoing is working , I am afraid to recharge as I am not sure what the issue is, like idea customer care

    Unhappy Balance cut

    My number is 9726167374
    My 80 ruppes balance is cut by without any reasons and idea say u download a game and no any game download on my mobile.also cut RS.10 for some video club services and I don't know about that.idea customer not listening my company and not return my balance so help me..

    Arrow No response of customer care for international roaming

    Hi my no. is 8872668822 of punjab circle,before coming to philippines,I confirmd from the customer care about my intermnational roaming activation,and response was international roaming is activated,but now here,there is no signal,and even selecting manually,it is not latching to any of the networks here,I called many times to Idea customer care but there is no response on this,only they disconnect the calls after knowing I am speaking frm out of india.I am having no problem with vodafone no. as it works great,please do the needful for activating the international roaming......thanks

    Default Idea Cellular Online Recharge Site Not Working

    Hi Concerened Person,
    I have facing problem in online recharge from idea cellular site from a long time approx 2 Weeks....i wanna do payment of my idea postpaid number...
    but all the time site not working properly and i am unable to pay my bill.
    so let me know how much time taken to get back proper site.
    is idea is know about it or not.

    Exclamation Online Payment failed due to bad site speed

    Even I am using idea 3g which yeilds 900 kb/s speed payment failed.
    I started to recharge for 98/- everything was going lighten fast via site to payment gateway to HDFC debit card gateway but when iy came to point of returning back to ideacelluar site due to its poor site only speed the idea site didnt received any response and than it said just failure.Even all other site where openinng in just seconds at the same time...i dont know what's with idea site it failed.
    Now my 98 rs has been deducted but not received balance in card.
    Date of transactions:18/06/1012 at 2:20 PM.
    My mobile num is:7698410289.
    **There was no internet connection failure cause i was able to open other site lighten fast its "3G".
    What should i do now???

    Angry improper functioning of idea site and refundation of money

    i m facing problem in online recharging of my prepaid. On dated 09-08-2012 at evening 5.45pm on mob. no.-9986344638 i did my online recharge of Rs 50 and i did the payment from punjab national bank debit card bt they have dedected three times Rs50 from my account this is a kind of fraud so plz refund my money and idea site is very slow and it does not work properly.
