    Angry unnecessarly dedicuting balance and not giveing any proper responce

    dear sir i m using idea no 9723249878 they are deducting my balance without any reason and I am using idea no. since last 2 years. now suddenly company asking me to re-submit the document. they are claiming that document is not according DOT. but i have submitted . is this not valid id?????!!!!!!! and now they are telling me that they would discontinue my number if i not submit it again.this is completely unfair.

    what should i do????

    plz plz help me i need help

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    1. My mobile no 07351012662. ISD Rs.37/- special recharged my on 23/11/2011.
    2. Normal recharged amount Rs 50/- by me on 25/11/2011
    3. Why the amount of ISD call deducted from my normal balance?
    4..I informed to your customer care Rep Pooja on 25/11/2011. She told me the wrong deducted amount will be refunded up to 48 hrs. But the wrong deducted amount has not returned so for.
    Please take necessary action.

    I have recharged my idea through your Idea website. The transaction was shown successful but still I have'nt recieved any balance on my phone number.
    Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

    Default Deduction from currency without subscribing

    With ref to my Idea Mobile no:9822381119 , there has been a deduction of Rs 30/- for VAS on 2/12/11 & on 6/12/06 a deduction of Rs 15/- without subscribing for any such offers.
    I have even unsuscribed for the same ,but still the amt is not refunded. This seem to be a regular idea of IDEA to deduct money.
    Please take action.

    Default Rs 200/- recharge was sucessful but zero balance

    I have recharged rs 200 on my Idea phone 9951439712, and to my surprise i got to know that if you recharge with 200 amount online you will not get talk time; you will get 3g recharged without any prior intimation that this recharge is for only 3G, on top of it my handset doesn't support 3G. That is really not acceptable from a corporates like IDEA. I feel you guys are making things complicated out of normal recharge process.

    Usually i recharge by going to a shop and get it recharged, but on 30th Dec 2011 i recharged my phone online due to some personnel emergency.


    I have spoken to the customer care but i am not happy with the response was very poor, the guys are just talking as if they have a standard script in front of them and they are just reading that. this number is from Hyderabad.

    I asked the customer service representative (to the next level also)that how will i in the world know about such thing; (as the usual practice by other service providers are that for a 3g recharge they eithor have special recharge coupons for 3g or after normal recharge you have some mechanism to activate it.) The reply from customer care it that you have to check in IDEA's website before recharge if you are recharging online.
    My question was if you are recharging through a third party website then this information is not available.

    hi i am apoorva, i use vodafone connection and on the date 29-12-2011 i had recharged online for rupees250 i got a confirmation message also that its successfully recharged but on teh next day morning i had made a call for 90 paise but after that i did not use my cell then in the evening i saw that my balance was totally zero then i tried calling to customer care there they told me to call after 4 hrs and on date 31-12-2011 i had again recharged for 50rupees then i used the currency for 6 rupees my balance was nearly 32 or 34 rupes but suddenly in the noon it was again zero balance i again called costumer care they told the reason as internet usage but i have not evn open the browser home page also and i also received a reference ID:253513575 but none of them are helping me please i trust consumer court please help me

    Default Experiance of rechargeitnow.com

    I have done a recharge of Rs 500 using my credit card. But unfortunately after the successful payment from the credit card website, there was a problem in my network and the rechargeitnow.com has not opened.According to the refund policy of rechargeitnow, I have gone to contactus page of the site, but after filling whole the information on that page, when I click on submit it shows 'An error has occurred'. I have tried to mail them on the mail ID they have given on the website 'contactus@rechargeitnow.com', but it is bouncing back and the information is as follows:Technical details of permanent failure:Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 sorry, mailbox is inactive on this domain (#5.2.1) (state 14).

    But when I forwarded this mail to the mail id of the director of the company
    sharat.jain@esteltelecom.com,
    I have got a reply from Mr. Sharat telling that they will resolve my complaint within two days.

    I had rechaged for Rs.50/- on 25 April 2012. Suddenly troday my whole balance has been deducted to Zero.

    Default Idea Celluler U P East Customer wrong bal dect.

    I rechag my a/c with 3 das net pack on 6-5-12 but when I surf over net bal is deducted frm my main a/c(aprox Rs 2). And 2day when I compln over 198, agent transfers d cal 2 their suprvisr(Mr Shamim) but he dnt listen me carefully & tld dat I'm lying & no such rechrg is done on & drop the call. I realy feel bad by dis kind of behavior of ur emp
    I want my mony bck wch wrngly deducted. Its enuf 9 i don't bear it any mor if u r nt going 2 refund my money then pls pls close this no I'm surrendering.

    I am using the idea number 9744374255 , yesterday (9/5/2012) I saw I was not able to receive any calls from other network getting the error message services to the number is disabled. But I was able to send a message and even idea promotional call was getting.
    I called customer care reply was poor change hand set?????
    I wondered I tried the sim in another hand set nothing works.......
    called Customer care again
    reply very poor cancel cal divert
    done that no hope same issue...
    called Customer care again..
    reply " your documents is not correct contact retailer and come back"
    I told I have provided that and you verified all and send me he was not listening
    evening back from office I received a call I thought It might have started working
    today 10/5/2012 issue persists
    I called customer care they says No issue with your SIM it is oky and we do not know what;s the issue
    please restart phone change hand set i told them i have done that several times
    no listening
    called again representative disconnected from his end saying no issues with your SIM
    tried to call again
    new error from customer IVR all reps are busy then call gets disconnected
    tried to contact several times same error
    What do I do now, unable to receive call, I have no account balance so do not know whether outgoing is working , I am afraid to recharge as I am not sure what the issue is, like idea customer care
