We have gone through your complaint, first you need to talk to the IDIA customer care and register a complaint, they will provide you a complaint no. and the time frame to resolve the issue. Wait for their response and revert us back with the Complaint nos. and the status of your complaint.

My idea number is 9990603814.I recharged my account with Rs 25.00 coupon and was successfully recharged but the next day only I found my balance 0.23.I never requested for any service activated on my number.Kindly look into this.aND THIS IS NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME.

I often recharge my cell phone through internet banking facility. I have tried to online recharge of my cell phone on 05th Nov,2010. Even after deducting 350/- Rs from my ICICI account, Idea has not credited Full talk time. My mobile number is 9881425310.

I have also cross checked 3 times about this to Idea Customer Care Center but didn't get any positive response. I have transaction id for the same.

Kindly assist me in this issue. As it will be upmost 2 months now. Let me know if you required any further information.

I am a Idea customer from a long time, and also complaining for a bad network are to service provider, but always they gave me the false commitments, and are failure to increase their network coverage, so that i am thinking to use the portability service.

i have two idea no.9702301260 and 9702301240. This service of CH 99 was continuing in both the no. with out my consent and I have many times registered this complaint to your costumer care . This facility discontinued in 9702301260 but it is still continued in my no.9702301240 and money is deducted from the account-many times.

I think if your company continue the same I shall be forced to discontinue your company' service.
