Idea ISD I had subscribed for postpaid connection. Marketing agent first promised me ISD for free, so I was happy to get connection. My connection got started in 2 weeks and on top of it ISD not started. They asked me to pay 1000 security deposit did pay that also then also it did not start. They say it can be started after month, when i was at my idea store told the lady i am paying deposit for ISD and she said it will get started in 2 hours then she called me and said no it cant be started, if i cancel the billing then also I get the deposit after 60 days. And if they take money what is problem starting ISD, they have declared my credit limit as 750 using ISD and a monthly rental of 499 it will be reached in just a weeks time so you say what can be done to cage Idea.
need to activate ISD connection dear sir previously i had a airtel connectio but i changed it to idea post paid by portability.at the time of taking the connection i was assured to have the ISD facilities but now they are saying that i have to pay security deposit of 1000.if there is such problem then airtel and vodafone are far better than IDEA and i need to go back again for Airtel.
