uske baad maine apne no. se 19-06-12 ko call ki to meri line phir se open kar di gayi aur aur senior adhikari PARMINDER ne kaha ki hamare paas to sirf 3 din ki jankaari hoti hai 15-06-12 se pehle ki koi jaankari nahi hai aur call disconnect kar di. mujhe apna balance vaapis chahiye kyonki ye unki galti hai ki 500mb data free hone par bhi unhone mere paise kaat liye..please help !

from june 2012 5-6 time my balancee is deducted and 2 time given back.on 27june again 30 rs balance is deducted from my cell then i mailed to customer care and they reply me your balance will refund and in future no any balance will be deducted but again on 29 june 30rs balance deducted.tell my what i can do i think i have to go for MNP

and at 12.00 something i called own our frnd only 6-7 minit till...than after my account balance has 0.00
and i did not use any internet service from my phone
