    Exclamation issue not being solved even by appelette officer à

    Dear All,

    I have opted to subscribe for two gb internet plan for postpaid airtel mobile, I was not told how that is billed for postpaid mobiles. I went ahead and used as I would use if it were aprepaid mobile withsame plan. Later during my billing I was shocked, I got 2600+ as my bill. I chose to talk to customer care,they asked me to contact nodal officer which I did but had no resolution. They say that they have explained this type if billing before offering to subscribe which they never did. I wanted them to confirm this, but they the conversation was not recorded. This took nearly one month.

    During this one month,my outgoing was barred for 5 days. I escalated this to Appellete officer who promised me a call back but never did.

    How should I proceed now???
