Airtel overcharged for value added services

    Angry Airtel overcharged for value added services

    I am using Airtel connection from the past 2 years in the bill plan of 199 + 98 for internet package.

    To my surprise the last bill & the bill before that month my mobile bill outstanding amount came around 2,600 + 2,300 = 4900

    I have raised a complaint & have explained the situation to different customer service executives daily, no was able to give me the correct information.

    I wrote to Airtel telling them I do not agree to pay for the services i havent used. I have also attached the file where in i have personally checked & highlighted the amount I didnt
    subscribe.

    I have been charged for Airtel TV wherein my mobile phone is not compatible for it.
    Hungama contest i never used

    I have asked them to review the bill & send me the amended bill.

    They replied saying "We have already raised a complaint regarding the SubsServ_GamesClub service charges with the relevant team and as per service request number 39530324 we found that you have used SubsServ_GamesClub service hence you have been charged."

    I want everyone to know the cheap games Airtel is playing with its customers.
