to know the missing amount after recharging vodofone mobile hello sir,
this is satish from kalyanadurgam,anantpur. im a vodofone customer with no 9966136645 .this october month on 12th
i have recharged for rupees 140, balance left on 24th oct is Rs 20. As there is going on deepavali offer i recharged again with 140 rupees.immediately after recharging when i check the balance it was shocking to see that the balance was 0.71Rs intead of Rs 20 but i got the offer as per the norms.
i would like to know the missing balance .And also vodofone cust care people r erroneously deducting the money after the calls. As its not possible to contact customer care . please kindly guide me on the course of action.
