I am writing this mail when i am left with no other option. I have been using Airtel's prepaid mobile number(9810073569) for atleast 10 yrs. now with no problem but for last six months i have been harassed like anything. These guys deduct my balance whenever they want without giving any explanation and their customer service is definitely worst in the market. I can bet if u call them for any reason,u would never get the resolution in the first attempt because 8 out of 10 times your call will get disconnected as soon as it is transferred. If you are fortunate enough to get a live person then he/she would help you with only generic problems and as soon as u say something which they find a little difficult, u'll find yourself all alone with the disconnected tone coming out from ur phone. Few days back my balance went down by approx. Rs. 400 and i was told that i used internet so this deduction is valid however my phone was in my pocket throughout the day and i hardly got any time to go online. Yesterday again my balance was more than Rs. 350 until i slept but today when i tried to make a call, i was taken aback to see that i am left with only Rs 0.3. After talking to kanika and some yadav in the customer service for a while i was told that i used internet service between 7:30 and 11:00 in the morning. I told them that i was sleeping during that time with my room locked from inside and my phone lying on the bed with me.Both of these guys disconnected my call as soon as i told them the whole thing. I know even if i call them again they would simply say that my complain will be handled by a different dept. which eventually would come up with the same resolution that i had used internet on my phone and the deduction is legitimate. I can't take it anymore as i am fed up now and it's driving me insane. I am sure there is something wrong at their end but noone is ready to do anything. Plz do the needful
