I am Nishant from Gurgaon.
Two months before I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Pop CDMA Model no. SCH- I559.
I have put a new OMH simcard of Reliance. From the time I had purchased it was not useful for Internet service with a monthly packages. The reason was, there is no R-World function in this mobile for which I was unable to access at all.
But then this problem was resolved from Reliance Technical Team, Mumbai and Rs. 299 plan of unlimited Internet access on my cell was activated.
But in my last bill during the period 27th August, 2011 to 26th September, 2011, Rs. 700.70 has been charged as the usage of net charges.

I made a payment of Rs. 1600 at that time and raised the billing complaint on 29th September, 2011.
I have called Reliance Customer Care for a few times but they are not ready to take up my complaint as Rs. 299 plan of unlimited Internet is not visible in their records. The two complaints have been raised though Facebook / e-mail.
I was called by the Reliance executive and was told that I have been charged for Network usage as I am using Reliance Connection.
This thing seems to be without any base and the person who called me was just looking at the bill but not at the detailed bill.
Kindly have a look at this issue since both Network usage and unlimited Internet plan are similar which are well visible in the detailed bill attached.

Therefore I humbly request you to help me out with this problem and please show me the way to get solution.
