    Default Harassment byTATA INDICOM

    In thiruvannamalai i got a tata indicom internet connection(photon) postpaid, in 2009.However it developed problem in january 2011.I informed the company they took my device saying they will get it repaired.Until june i didnot get it back and to make things worse TATA iNDICOM issued me a notice of non payment.I immediatley contacted the company ,onlythen did they realise the device was with them.so it was settled that i pay soem 264 rupees and disconnect the service ,whihc i agreed to.But today i am receiving a lawyer notice for rupees 970 .Problem is the pewople who took franchise of TATA indicom are no lomger there .The lawyer ofccie wante a letter of disconnection for the company.I believe many people in our town have faced this problem.I tis atrocious.
