Default Complaint again Vodafone for activating idiotic services

I have a Vodafone prepaid connection (Vodafone: 8054323117) On Sept 25th, 2011, I received a few SMSs stating that a service MCI. On inquiring from the Customer Care, I was told that I had asked
for the activation for the service in response to a support call! Regarding that, I sent an email to the Vodafone Customer Care asking the below questions who answered my phone to opt for this MCI
service? Most importantly, how did I receive a call from Vodafone for any service activation when I had sent a message for DND (Do Not Disturb) about a year back? Why were no confirmation msg
sent to me about the service activation? Why were no msgs sent to me every month when 30 Rs were being deducted every month? The docket which Vodafone gave me for this complaint was
202491964. But they were unable to provide me with any answer. The only reply I get is that they apologize that they gave me a promotional call in spite of having registered for DND. I have received
many replies containing the same line. All the communication has been made using the docket number, so, all the details must be with the company. I too have a detail of the entire communication chain.
Moreover, the so-called nodal officer of Punjab is Vikram Singh never attends any call and doesn’t bother to reply to any email. I am very frustrated with this attitude. I want them to cancel the service
and credit all my money back. Also I want them to pay me compensation for this.
