Wrong information in airtel website

    Default Wrong information in airtel website

    My number is 9652477448. I have recharged my number with Rs.77 for National & Local sms. As per TRAI regulations only 100 sms can be sent in a day from Sept 27, 2011. So i have checked AIRTEL website in the morning to check if there is any change in message booster plans. In AIRTEL website i have found that on recharge of Rs.77 we get 10000 local and national sms free. But when i have recharged i have got only 3000 sms into my account.

    I have called customer care thrice in the morning to lodge a complaint, while having conversation with Customer care executive informed me that they ll transfer my call to Supervisor as they don't have any solution for my issue. They have kept my call on hold and after some time my call was disconnected. I have lost my money even while talking to Customer care as i have called to 121. I have lost money while in the process of lodging a complaint against the service and also while recharging.

    As the official website of AIRTEL has given me wrong information and also i have not received proper service from your customer care i am lodging complaint in consumer court regarding my loss.
