    Angry Unused fake calls added in my outstanding bills.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have raised my concerns many time to 121 and 198 regarding my outstanding bill number 579844067. But did not get satisfied reply.
    Below mentioned 5 STD outgoing calls entries are there in my bills which are for sure not mine and I did not calls on these numbers. And looking at the records which I have highlighted, this is a mistakenly or intentionaly added in my bills. (two different call on different dates on same number with exact same time, with matching seconds also????)
    My main concern is if these numbers are used by some illegal entities like terrorist or so, who will be responsible for this?
    Aitel executives told me (Ref no: F946068215, F944865865) that airtel have given me discounts on STD calls, but as I mentioned, I have not dialled any of these 5 calls so no question about discount.
    Also, airtel back-end team was supposed to call me to provide some solution for 39954319 this request but they have closed this request saying my mobile was switched off, this totally FALSE.

    Please help to get solution on this, I do not want pay for fake calls and this is a security issue also.
