bharti airtel postpaid

    Angry bharti airtel postpaid

    dear sir ,
    airtel has 3rd class services and customer care exc. are also 3rd class ,...my 2 airtel postpaid numbers are baared(08295596666)(8295683333) ....and they are barred without any reason ...they generate my bill and didnt less my message pack free message balance.....now they saying that you have allow to send 100msg per day , but this rules is run from 27th of september , but they are calculating for whole month i.e my billing period from 8th september to 7oct.....you dont know how much problems i am facing from past 3days ,i am missing my very imp. calls ,n airtel nodal officer is doing nothing against my problem ,and making fun on it. ........contact me as soon as possible @ 09802020209........hope you will get back to me soon...........

    i am not satisfied with the solution of my complaint ,airtel cheats with their customers and then generate their bill accod. , airtel has so much reputation in market but airtel still do these kind of cheaps thing with their old customers ......i dnt noe where to complaint and what to do ,airtel just broken his trust from me ,now i will not suggest any of my known person to move in airtel ,and after solving my issue i will also port out from airtel......
