i have activated rate cutter in RELIANCE CDMA as per call 30paise/min as recommended by customer care but they charging 50 paise/min but the plan would be in progress(activated) already i have complained four times even i have that request number too(SR:161720596dated:16.9.2011,SR:161930896dated: 18.9.2011,SR:162256709dated:22.9.2011,SR:163016965 dates:3.10.2011,163142570 on 05-10-11,163212713 on 06-10-11,SR:163363743 on 08-10-2011) still they didn’t favour as per my request but they always charging 50paise.reliance has been WRONGLY charged around 5000 like this many time happened and they refund around 1500only.i need the rest of the amount should refund and they should pay around 500000 for my requesting compliants because of this i could face lot of troubles so kindly take some seivier action.As per mischarge on 06-10-2011 they refund 90paise but i dnt no in wch calculation they might refund such a amount...finally reliance disconnect my customer service... atlast i make a call(request) from other num they would provide a request num and i.e 2475009439.. so plz kindly give me a solution for my issue..... thank you......... bysrinivasanmobile9380005085 mail :srinivasancurrent@gmail.com
